![]() ![]() Sync often, then manually sync app, manually sync remote, reboot everything.ħ) set hard button on harmony as you want to match the (now working) commands from the remote.Ĩ) turn command repeat to max if it has power on issues (this was the only thing command repeat fixed for me, but it's 100% now)īest I can figure is that Logitech set most of the commands to operate via IP/rs232 and that it causes conflicts with the remote/hub.Īlso, many of the commands programmed in as default by Logitech just don’t work on the x95j, period. (sorry, this is a pain, but fixed 90% of the issues)ĥ) test every single button on the Harmony and make sure it works on the TV. But that's only for when I forget to charge the Harmony.ġ) make sure arc/earc/Sony Bravia sync is offĢ) make sure rs232 control is off on the sonyģ) make sure the harmony is set for remote only (direct IR)Ĥ) manually reprogram each and every button on the harmony with the Sony factory remote for the TV. I would like to stay away from the IR option, not that I know where to change that, as I sometimes use the App on the phone. I'll look at my router when I get home and try that too. Also I have to use the Harmony to change from Cinema to Stereo on the AVR. Only two things missing on the OEM TV Remote is the Home button goes to the TV APPS Main Screen vs the Harmony Home button goes to Roku's main screen. What is interesting is the TV remote will turn everything on in the right order and control the Denon volume and Roku. TV is still a second or so after the AVR even though it's first on the list. I've messed with delays, but it doesn't work right yet. Maybe that's something to do with ARC vs eARC, since my Denon X4000 doesn't have ARC. Everything comes on, but the TV even though first starts after the AVR so the TV does know to use External Speakers. What finally SOMEWHAT WORKED is I setup a new activity (after deleting the TV for a 3rd time) and setup a custom activity instead of a Watch Roku activity. I've had 2 factory resets on the AVR (other issue) and one factory reset on the TV. ![]() For my setup, the ROKU plugs into the TV and then ARC back to AVR since mine is old enough (an X4000) that it doesn't do 4k through other HDMI ports. ![]() Old Sony Bravia 850 didn't have that issue. I am having the same issue with my new OLED XR-65A80J. The behavior of other apps may vary depending on the app's design.Missed this thread, so I started my own.
